Partner

Greg Freeman is a founding partner of Freeman & Nance PLLC in Amarillo, Texas where he practices personal injury, civil, and family law. Greg began practicing because he believes people facing legal obstacles should have the best representation possible. From his years of living in Texas, Greg knows that the people of the Panhandle are hardworking, caring, and honest, and he upholds those values for every client in every case.

Greg attended the University of Mississippi to obtain his undergraduate degree before pursuing a law degree at the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. During law school, Greg wrote for The American Journal of Trial Advocacy. Throughout his career, Greg has worked extensively in matters involving wrongful death suits, 18-wheeler truck wrecks, nursing home abuse, and car wreck cases. He is not afraid to take an insurance company head on to ensure that his clients are protected. Greg knows how daunting life can be when someone is faced with circumstances out of their control, and that is why from the very first appointment through the resolution of the case, Greg is there for his clients every step of the way.

As a small business owner, Greg also knows the importance of building, maintaining, and protecting a business. Proper LLC formations, contract negations, and dispute resolution are just a few of the civil law services available to Greg’s clients. Business owners across Texas and the United States are part of what makes this country great, and Greg is honored anytime he can contribute to his clients’ success.

Divorces, child custody, and most family law issues can be a trying and difficult time for anyone, but Greg does not believe that a client should ever face those issues alone. He knows how important it is for clients to have knowledgeable and aggressive representation when they are trying to protect their families, themselves, or their finances. Greg and his staff strive to provide a welcoming and trustworthy environment when his clients need it the most.

Clients have come to know Greg for his absolute dedication each and every case. Greg is motivated by helping individuals and small businesses with serious legal issues and it shows in the way he treats his clients.
